Very simple rooms... Right in the middle of an English town. Very bad breakfast... not recommended. Too close to a busy road. Not as described no parking spaces nearby. Only against payment. . Pool area facing north.

Staff was very nice

Facilities, such as the bar where the entertainment took place, are not very appealing. Breakfast was also not very varied and lovelessly prepared.

Everything was excellent, excellent location next stop Tenerife july 2019, the staff were lovely friendly. Overall it was new-fashioned with fresh towels and linen.

I had real good stay, the place is lovely welcoming and pretty standard!

The hotel was an excellent place for enjoying a very very nice area, short walk to different areas as well as Greenfield x. The rooms were reasonably large and brand-new, included an electronic key card, multi-channel TV and a coffee machine. The bed was very clean with feather pillows. The venue's position was central. Also, Yumbo Centrum was 2 km away.

The room had a great view, but the shower drain was blocked.

The staff was very friendly, it was cleaned up every day and at the reception there were always securities. The strangers couldn't just walk into the hotel like that.

Breakfast could be more varied (for example not only one kind of cheese every day, fruit and vegetables could be more)

Great Value and Relaxing Atmosphere

The food was decent with good options available, especially for those who like cooked meats, and the staff at the restaurant were attentive and friendly. The nightly noise from nearby venues made it somewhat hard to relax at times.

Great view of the sea! Food was absolutely ok from a price-performance point of view! The situation is also perfectly all right. Rooms are clean. Staff super friendly.

Pool bar doesn't open until 11:00. 10:00 would be great. Breakfast is not available until 8 am. Could be offered perhaps already from 7 o'clock.

The receptionist who checked us in was not friendly at all. There could be more variety at the buffet.

The studio apartment felt cramped, lacking basic furniture like a proper writing desk or dining table, just two uncomfortable chairs. The kitchen ventilation was poor. A smoke detector positioned above the hob necessitated constant airflow through both the balcony and room doors. Noise was a constant issue, with nearby bars pumping loud music late into the night and traffic from a busy road behind the pool adding to the clamor. Maintenance appeared lacking, with broken tiles around the pool and dirty common areas noted throughout our stay.

Breakfast was the same every day and selection was not so great but from another side for the price, I must say, was not bad. After 5 days that breakfast did not taste good anymore. The Kanntine looks like a school Kanntine :( very loud and the women drive with the scales between tables and collect dirty plates. I'm afraid it doesn't look like that already.

Nice, quiet, clean. Perfect location near to everything. Nice pool.

Breakfast is over too early. Cleaners cone a bit early too.

We had hb and food was really perfect- plenty things to chose.

There was no info aby WiFi or other internet option in the rooms.
